third day running in Las Vegas - so much warmer than Toronto
Third day ran 1 hour Started at 703 I slept in Feels safer with the sun up Lots of runners. Some wearing tooks. Must be locals. Cold to them. Hot to me. Some are in shorts. I love the run feels great but I keep worrying about my flight I think it is just the deamonds because I have lots of time. I felt jealous of people having this great weather to run in. But today as I rolled out of bed this morning. My body and mind having no desire to wake let alone run. I realized that no matter where you live. It takes commitment and life choices to run. I am still jealous because tomorrow I will be running in freezing cold and snow. But I will consider and appreciate that I am not alone in my commitment to run. To life and to health and the great outdoors. Run baby run. I am so glad this web site was created. |
